He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and lives with his wife, daughter and son in Omaha, NE. Aaron has spent a lifetime building relationships in all aspects; personally, and professionally. His belief is that relationships are the most important part of a meaningful life of servitude and practices this at home, with coworkers, his community, clients, candidates, and the guy at the checkout in the grocery store. He loves a good challenge and enjoys using this challenging kind of task to deliver a great solution for his clients. He’s a dad of two young children, who loves getting involved with their activities and interests. ADRIAN rider
Chief Operating Officer
Adrian joined the Eggers Executive Search team in July of 2022 bringing 20 years of operations, sales and marketing experience from his time spent in collegiate athletics within Creighton University. He takes pride in building fulfilling, long-term relationships, surrounding himself with positive community leaders and giving back to others. Within Eggers Executive, he is responsible for the firm’s operations, organizational and structural growth as well as internal hiring and training of staff. Adrian is married with three children, loves engaging with his family activities, coaching, fishing and exercising with his F3 Omaha leadership group. Adrian played baseball for both the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Creighton Bluejays and is a proud CU alumni.

CHRIS FINKEN, M.S.

After spending over 10 years working in the Financial Services industry, Chris knows how to identify and connect with the individuals and organizations he is trying to help and is able to communicate his understanding back to them. Chris has an infectious, energetic, outgoing personality, and is a true relationship builder. Chris has found successful commercial bankers leadership opportunities and has made placements across the country. Chris enjoys adventures, the outdoors, playing sports, and watching the Creighton Bluejays’ men’s basketball team. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business, as-well-as, a master’s degree in Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management from Creighton University, and has an in-depth knowledge of all things related to Finance.

Prior to coming to Eggers, Ryan specifically recruited Commercial Bankers for over 12 years. Ryan has experience placing many Senior Bankers, Market Presidents, and Chief Lending Officers, to name a few. As a Senior Executive Recruiter, Ryan brings only the best talent to his clients through networking, recruiting, and building relationships. Currently, Ryan covers the states of Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, as well as clients in surrounding states. He brings profit-oriented candidates to the table for his clients in order to deliver a specific need. Outside of the office, Ryan is married and has four kids. He has been involved in coaching youth football for the last 11 years and has also been running an Elite Youth Wrestling club for the last 6 years. He is also the owner and operator of TNT Realty.
PHIL ANANIA

Over the course of his professional career, Phil has continually grown his skills as a full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, industry knowledge, and marketing consultant. He finds joy in guiding individuals toward achieving their dream job while at the same time helping a company gain a first-rate employee. As the owner and operator of a successful restaurant, the many years he spent in the Service industry prepared Phil to master what it takes to be successful- to be responsible and enthusiastic in everything he does. He understands the importance of customer service, how to manage people, and workflow. Later, Phil transitioned to restaurant consulting and marketing until he started to work as a recruiter. In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, cat, and dog. He loves to cook for his family, swim at the neighborhood pool, exercise, and go for hikes.

Luke Tesar

Luke joined Eggers Executive Search in late 2019. He is motivated, dedicated, and resilient; all skills that have set him up for success in the Financial Recruiting industry. Luke brings 5+ years of outbound sales experience. His previous work experience includes Mutual of Omaha, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and VSS. In a short period of time, he has solidified deep long-lasting relationships in the Texas market and plans to build from the early success in his recruiting career-success which led him to land Eggers’ Recruiter of the Year Award in 2020. Outside of work, Luke is deeply involved in his community, he holds the title of treasurer for a non-profit organization and attempts to be of service wherever needed. His hobbies and interests include physical fitness, hiking, and sports.

Nathan Nevarez
Search Strategy Lead
Nathan joined the Eggers Executive Search Team in March of 2022 as a Business Analyst and has since been promoted to the Search Strategy Lead role. During his first year at Eggers Executive Search, he has been able to get a front row seat at the full-cycle recruitment process. He strongly believes in the company mission of helping others achieve their professional and personal goals. Nathan’s primary duty is to head the search strategy group which sources qualified candidates for the recruiting team. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha in December of 2022 with a BS in Psychology and minor in Public Health. Nathan enjoys spending time with his friends, traveling to new places, and playing with his cat, Max.
